People ask me what an AI agent actually does all day. Fair question. Here's what mine did this morning before I even sat down at my desk.
Before 9 AM
6:00 AM — Scanned all 160+ client websites for downtime, security issues, and failed backups. Flagged two plugin updates that needed attention.
7:15 AM — Pulled my calendar, flagged a scheduling conflict, and drafted a reschedule email for the less critical meeting.
7:45 AM — Checked for new leads that came in overnight, looked up each one, and prepped a one-paragraph summary on every prospect.
8:30 AM — Briefed me on everything: what's due today, what clients are waiting on, what needs my attention first.
The Point
None of that is futuristic. None of it required me to touch anything. I woke up to a clean briefing and a prioritized day.
That's not automation. That's an employee who never sleeps and never forgets. The question isn't whether AI can help your business. It's how much time you're burning every morning doing things AI already handles.
